The Glenrothes 10 Year Old Soleo Collection Whisky is an entry level release, with the collection taking its name from a process involving grapes which are sun-dried for Jerez sherry, so as you can imagine there is a great focus on the sherried depth. Spending its entire maturity period in ex-sherry casks, this whisky is fruity and sweet with hints of buttery shortbread, vanilla custard and a hint of lemon peel.
